What is a license?
A license is for 1 computer, you cannot install same license on multiple computers, but you can transfer the license to another computer ».
An annual license is for 1 year (from the day of purchase), after the year you have to renew the license or the software stops. A perpetual license is for life.
How to get a quote?

Is renewal automatic?
No, if you purchase an annual license, you will be required to manually renew it; you will be notified via email and within the software. A perpetual license can be ordered at any time.
Who are 'Paypro Global' and '2Checkout'?
Namtuk uses 2Checkout, for Europe, and Paypro Global, for rest of the world, as its payment and invoicing processing service. It is normal for you to receive emails
from Paypro global or 2checkout regarding payments.
Previously, we also used 'Digital River-MyCommerce ShareIt' payment service, on your bank's monthly details, you can read line DRI*NAMTUK for the payment information.
Do you issue refunds?
Due to the nature of the software sales business (try before you buy). In accordance with the procedure of many other companies, we don't offer refunds under any circumstance. All sales are final. How long does it take to obtain a license?
The delay to receive your license depends on the payment type which is usually less than 1 hour, but if you pay with bank check, wire transfer, through fax or mail then it will take around 10 to 20 days.
